What cleaning supplies are used for extra services?
For deep cleaning we use: bleach, floor fragrance, detergent, kitchen degreaser, bathroom degreaser, sponges, mesh, flannel, furniture polish and air freshener. Cleaning supplies are not included in the cleaning services.

How do I schedule extra cleaning for my apartment?
The procedure is very simple, after purchasing the service on our website we will contact you via email or WhatsApp so that you can give us information about your place of lodging if you are not staying in one of our apartments, we will ask you for example the address and the day and time you want us to come to give you the service. Please note that in this case the sheets and towels to be changed must be available on site. If you are staying in one of our rooms we will take care of bringing the clean towels and removing the used ones.
